Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Non-metro & tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging All products are carefully packed to prevent leakage and damage during transit. Our pet care products are sealed and secured to maintain quality.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your email] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Non-Serviceable Areas We currently ship across most of India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
